Shipping policy
We offer free 2-day shipping on orders over $100 and free overnight shipping on orders over $200. These offers are designed to give customers faster and more convenient delivery options when their order reaches the qualifying amount.

Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time will generally ship the same day. On rare occasions, when order volume is unusually high, processing may be delayed until the next business day.
Shipping Service and Delivery Expectations
The selected shipping service timeframe does not include order processing time. We must pack your order and create a shipping label before handing it off to the carrier.
For example, overnight service does not guarantee next-morning delivery—it means the package will be delivered one business day after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note:
Standard overnight services do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
If you place an order on a Friday (even if it is processed the same day), you should expect delivery the following Monday, assuming no holidays or carrier delays.
Tracking Information
Carriers may take some time to scan packages after pickup, so tracking numbers may not update immediately. If your tracking shows no movement, rest assured the carrier has the package, and the status will update soon.
We do not have any additional information beyond what is available through your tracking link. For the most accurate updates, please contact the carrier directly.
Our Role in Shipping
We are not a shipping carrier. Once your order is packed, labeled, and handed off to the carrier, it is fully outside our control. Therefore, we are not responsible for:
- Packages were stolen from your delivery location
- Packages lost in transit
- Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other shipping-related circumstances
Lost or Missing Packages
We will make every reasonable effort to work with you on a case-by-case basis to reach a fair solution when an issue is the result of our mistake (such as packing or labeling errors).
However:
- Customers who report multiple or repeated “lost” or “short” shipments may be placed on a ban list to prevent abuse.
We are committed to fairness and support, but we also must protect our business from fraudulent activity.
Liability After Shipment & Fraud Prevention
Once a package leaves our facility and/or is in the possession of the carrier, Bulkalkaloids is no longer liable for the status, transit progress, or location of your order.
Any attempt or request to cancel or chargeback an order after it has shipped will be viewed as attempted fraud and a violation of our Terms of Service. In such instances, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Restricts you from ordering from any websites or retail locations operated by our affiliated companies
- Report your information to other companies as associated with a high fraud risk, which may result in other businesses refusing to sell to you or conduct transactions with you
If your interactions with Bulkalkaloids are deemed fraudulent, extortive, or suspicious in any way, as determined solely by Bulkalkaloids, these measures may be taken without further notice.
